MCVB: A Public and Private Partnership
MCVB is a partnership between the State Government and private enterprise; around 70% of MCVB's core funding comes from the State, and the balance is generated from private enterprise through a membership base of over 260 members, and through sponsorship and co-operative activities.

Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre
Australia’s most versatile meeting, convention and event space opened its doors for its first international Business Event in July 2009.
The centrepiece of an AUD$1.4 billion urban development, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre includes a 5,540+ seat plenary hall, 52 meeting rooms of various sizes and a grand banquet room for 1,500, 30,000 square metres of pillar-less exhibition space, and a magnificent entry level foyer for 8,400 guests.
