Terms and Conditions
- Due to the multitude of venues available in the Melbourne Central Business District, this service is not available for events with less than 50 delegates. Please use the Find a Supplier section to search for venues catering to less than 50 delegates
- Please note MCVB is a not-for-profit organisation. Any venue finding that we assist with is recorded in our database to report back to members and government. By submitting an RFP you agree to advise the MCVB of the venue you confirm for your event.
MCVB’s annual Melbourne Planner’s Guide is our flagship publication for the Business Events industry.
The Planner’s Guide provides meeting planners and event organisers with essential information on premier venues, accommodation, products and services, as well as touring and leisure program ideas.
The Melbourne Planner’s Guide, which also includes a ‘Green Checklist’ to assist in planning environmentally sustainable events, is published in July each year.
