- An MCVB staff member will contact you within one business day. We specialise in planning Business Events, meetings and conferences, and we will match your request to the most suitable suppliers
- Suppliers will then contact you with relevant information and a quotation.

Terms and Conditions
- Due to the multitude of venues available in the Melbourne Central Business District, this service is not available for events with less than 50 delegates. Please use the Find a Supplier section to search for venues catering to less than 50 delegates
- Please note MCVB is a not-for-profit organisation. Any venue finding that we assist with is recorded in our database to report back to members and government. By submitting an RFP you agree to advise the MCVB of the venue you confirm for your event.
