MCVB Testimonials

Melbourne Convention + Visitors Bureau (MCVB) prides itself on delivering the best service for all stakeholders to ensure Melbourne is recognised as a world-leading destination for meetings, conventions and events. We believe the following testimonials reflect this.

"Melbourne's facilities, including the new convention centre, the government's support for local diabetes institutions and the sophistication of MCVB's bid to host our event, especially their respect for and compliance with our specific venue selection procedure, saw the city the stand-out choice for our event."
Mr Luc Hendrickx, International Diabetes Federation Director of Congresses

"MCVB has assisted our College every step of the way. From our initial enquiry, to recommending their members for accommodation, social activities and even boosting the delegate numbers. 2010 will be the first time that we have taken our conference to Melbourne, and we hope to visit again!"
Eve Propper, Event Manager, The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia

"Working with MCVB ensured that we met all the key milestones in our bid preparation. This resulted in a very professional submission and helped us to win this prestigious event for Melbourne in 2013."
Dr Peter Woodgate, International Geoscience & Remote Sensing Symposium 2013

"The terrific work that Melbourne Convention + Visitors Bureau conducts in acquiring, securing and developing associations and corporate conferences and conventions is superb."
Reverend Dirk Ficca, Chairman of the Council of the Parliament of the World's Religions
