Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Expo - AIME

As the leading Business Events tradeshow in the Asia-Pacific region, the Asia-Pacific Incentives and Meetings Expo (AIME) in Melbourne brings together more than 5,000 people over two days. AIME showcases the best Australian, Asia-Pacific and international destinations, venues, products and services and is held at the award-winning Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The Melbourne Convention + Visitors Bureau (MCVB) established AIME in 1993 as a trade exhibition for meeting, incentive and event planners. Today it is recognised globally as a key industry event that continues to grow in scope and significance. MCVB is the only Bureau in the world to own such a major Business Events exhibition.

Record Numbers

AIME has continuously been awarded with various accolades over the years, including 'Exhibition of the Year' at the 2011 National Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) Industry Awards for the third consecutive year, and as a result, has taken its place in the esteemed MEA Hall of Fame.

AIME 2011 attracted 3,420 visitors, which represented a nine per cent increase on the previous year. Almost 850 exhibitors were on show and 429 hosted buyers attended, with nearly half the buyers attending for the first time. Media representatives from across the globe were also in attendance.
